From the shadows, an eye emerges—a small black pupil in the middle of a hypnotic green orb that almost seems to glow—hovering a few feet off the ground. As you gaze upon it, you begin to make out the stooped, vaguely humanoid body behind the eye, materializing from the murky dark. Spikes radiate out from along its fleshly back, and it slowly inches its clawed arms and feet forward toward you. A white, toothy grin appears beneath the eye, strings of saliva stretching between razor-sharp teeth as it issues a sibilant hiss.
