The vineyard rows lead you to a trellised doorway and into the winery itself. The rich, tangy scent of fermenting grapes envelops you as you look over the coopered tanks. Baskets bristling with dewy red grapes are lined up outside of the largest of the vats, ready to be poured inside and mashed.
