It is the pinnacle of the city. A grand domed building—roof an impossible white—surrounded by three wizard-like towers. The building is mostly stone, except for a band of tessellated crystal just below the roof. Yellow, green, blue, red, purple… every color you can imagine, fitted together in a triangle mosaic.
