The cramped tunnels shake. Pebbles and dust fall first, then pieces of the cavern wall tumble and clatter against the floor, smashing to dust. Larger rocks follow, then boulders. It’s clear from the rumbling, low and deep, these tunnels will become piles of rubble in a matter of minutes.
