Lo-fi drums and a split piano entice the listener with a neutral beat that gradually adds an element of carefree discovery. One could imagine the adventurers sauntering down a cobbled road, peering into store windows at knickknacks and eccentric, oddball trinkets. They can’t stay and properly inspect the wares, but it’s a nice, temporary break from the severity of saving the world.
