General Troubleshooting

First, ensure that you’re logged into your dScryb account when you launch Opus.

Second, ad blockers and anti-virus browser extensions and applications, such as Bitdefender, can interfere with Opus in several ways. If you’re experiencing issues with Opus, try adding the Opus web page to your ad blocker or anti-virus exceptions list / “white list.”
