Even in the scarce light of the Deep, the giant amethyst crystals here seem to reflect and emit a faint glow. They form a treacherous bridge over the chasm before you, which you step onto carefully. Some of the surfaces are more transparent or reflective than others, creating duplicates of your forms and a sense of uneasy motion around you—or was that something else following you, just out of the corner of your eye?
