The snakefolk’s scales are a shade of rich brown, and black diamond-like markings trace from the top of his flat head down to the dark rattle of his tail. His torso, with its humanoid chest and arms, is adorned in heavy ironwood armor, the pauldrons spiking off his shoulders in jagged shards. He holds a tall shield in both hands, its end coming to a vicious point and its face embellished with a painted flowering vine. The cleric swerves, his powerful serpentine body moving fluidly into action. With a hiss that sweeps through the air, he summons a legion of reptilian spirits: ethereal forms of green and brown mist that undulate around him. He raises his clawed hand and a loop of vines magically appears in his palm, spinning and writhing. He flings it forward with a thundering crack—his spirits move in tandem with equal speed and ferocity. Enemies are locked into place as spirit and vine tangle about them, keeping them still. With a mocking flick of his tongue, the cleric raises his shield. Like a cloud, insects billow out from behind the bulwark and consume his foes in a dark, droning pall.
