This herb looks exactly like whatever grass surrounds it, whether it be long and slim or short and stubby. It cannot be cultivated, and only the most experienced alchemists and herbalists can identify it. But, on the first rainy day in autumn—for only one day—the Radiant Embergrass flowers. It produces a long, sail-like petal, red on the edge, white in the middle. The petal is picked, then crushed into the raindrops it has collected to create the base for the Dying’s Blessing, an unguent used to bring someone back from the brink of death.
