The dry grass creaks in the wind or as creatures pass through it. Insects hum, monkeys call out to each other in the trees, and birds twitter. A guttural roar tears across the land, sending the smaller creatures into a chittering frenzy. Something with large, thumping steps crunches through the underbrush, and another overpowering belt rumbles through the air.
