Unrelenting winds shriek across the dunes. The grains patter down like rain, but the sound is drowned out by the oppressive howl of the zephyrs ever-present on the air. Creatures within the dusting gales chitter with what sounds like huge chitinous mandibles. Smaller creatures squeal and chatter as they navigate the harsh landscape. The calm in their bestial utterances suggest they’re accustomed, even comfortable, in such harsh conditions.
