A clock ticks. A bell chimes. Then: the lighthearted tooting of a mini trumpet and the introduction of a string orchestra. This is a whimsical tune befitting any joyous occasion full of pomp. There is heavy complementary use of percussion, including rattles and cymbals and brushes. A final performance is wrought out of the orchestra, grandiose in scale and aplomb.
