It looks like any other port town—mostly. Sailors are known for their custom of tattooing themselves, although a few of them have more tattoos than you’ve seen at once anywhere else. And piers are often cosmopolitan places with visiting people from all over, but the sight of hobgoblins and half-orcs hobnobbing among the crowds strikes you as somewhat suspicious.
